Here is how we evaluate your baby's condition:

STEP 01: Determining the Need for Further Testing

성장판 Diagnostic test results를 통해 아이의 뼈 나이가
실제 나이에 비해 빠르게 진행되고 있는지를 먼저 확인합니다.

If within the normal range for their peers:

→ We observe and monitor without additional testing.

If advancing rapidly:

→ Proceed to the next testing stage

STEP 02: Initial Precision Assessment (Blood Tests & Ultrasound)

Heart Strain와 Ultrasound Imaging를 함께 진행하여 성장 , 또는 사춘기 진행과
관련된 변화를 종합적으로 확인하는 단계입니다.

Heart Strain

Evaluate growth and puberty-related hormone levels,
as well as the child’s overall health
and nutritional status.

Ultrasound Imaging

Examine internal organs and structures related to growth
and physical development
확인

No clear abnormalities detected

→ We recommend continued observation without medical treatment.

If further evaluation is needed:

→ We conduct a comprehensive clinical review to confirm if puberty is actively progressing.

사춘기를 없애는 치료가 아니라, 속도를 조절하는 치료입니다.

성장판 진행 속도가 빠르게 앞서 있는 경우
사춘기 호르몬 활성 소견이 명확한 경우
이 상태가 지속되면 최종 키 감소가 예상되는 경우
단순히 키가 크거나, 검사 수치만으로 치료를 결정하지 않습니다.

주사치료
진행안내

일정한 간격으로 주사 치료를 시행합니다.
치료 주기와 기간은 아이의 상태에 따라 개별적으로 결정합니다.
치료 중에는 성장 속도, 성장판 변화, 전반적인 컨디션 을 정기적으로 평가합니다.
주사 치료는 필요한 기간 동안만 시행합니다.
아이의 성장 경과를 보며 치료 중단 시점을 함께 결정하고, 중단 후에는 정상적인 사춘기 진행이 다시 시작됩니다.
